Will's fight

Six and a half years ago I was diagnosed with stage 3b melanoma.  I am also living with rhuematoid arthiritis which affects the type of treatments I can recieve for my melanoma.  Since that time I have had 13 surgeries to remove tumors and infusions to help deal with the arthritis pain and joint stiffness.  
This past October my PET scan showed some hot spots.  One was located in a place where they cannot operate, and spots/seedlings in both lungs.  I have had a round of radiation to hit that spot which was causing me pain as it was pushing on a rib. The next course of action was to be immunotherapy. I've had 2 treatments but not enough to make a difference.  So we've decided to try a new immunotherapy treatment in March.
I have not been able to work since December and will be out of work for the forseable future.  I've been asked by so many as to how they can help me and my family.  I appreciate all the prayers and the helping hands that have been extended to Sarah and I.  
I will be signing up for an experimental protocol(immunotherapy) at Mass General for my melanoma.  I will be traveling back and forth to Boston over the next several months.  I'm ready for the fight as we enter into this next stage of my treatment.  I have a lot to live for and thank God for my wonderful wife Sarah and son Eli William.
