Keep Sky alive

Sky is our 5 month old puppy. My brother took him out to pee and Sky got excited, like usual, and ran around but ran under the truck and hit a pipe. He has a neck fracture and broken shoulder...all we could afford was the X-ray. We where told the sergury would cost around 3000 and if he doesn't heal right we will have to put him down. They said no longer than a week and he will need the surgey. Please help keep our brother Sky alive we love him so much.
