Liam and I are doing the C2C ride in aid of the Men Tell Health charity for which I am a patron. Men Tell Health was setup by my good friend Gary Pollard, its main aims are to get men who are sometimes reluctant to discuss their mental health issues into everyday social, fun and safe environments with like minded individuals where discussion can flow freely if and when needed.
