Community Fundraiser

We are excited for another good year, with 30 young athletes from age 14-18 for boys this year participating in our program.  We seek to sustain a small, impactful model for athletes for their growth in Christ, athletics and education in the community which amid the recent violence really has propelled us to spring into action. Your support has and will continue to make this possible for us to continue to foster hope and reconciliation that is found only in Jesus Christ.  We know “it takes certain characteristics and strong commitment of community.” We are asking for your support in sustaining this outreach as we rely entirely on the generosity of support from our extended community of businesses, churches, and individuals.  to help cover expenses incurred for our program. 

It takes a community to accomplish this and we are blessed by your willingness to help us. As we grow in this time and culture, we realize that our responsibility goes not only to our children, but also to those we serve so that they might do as we do. Your support will be a deep source of encouragement to us. Truly, your friendship and support means a great deal to DMI’s Defender Program.
