Tough Mudder for Cancer

I’m doing this for my dad. The man who has protected me, loved me, and fought for me my whole life. Now it’s my turn- I can’t fight that damn cancer for you, but I can sure try to help.
I'm doing the tough mudder in Whistler BC on June 18th. I'm hoping that, and my dad is enough for you to donate. The tough mudder is a 20k marathon with 20+ obstacles that feature electrocution, tear gas, barbed wire, ice water, and a whole lot of mud. I'm training now, but I know this is going to be the hardest challenge I've ever given myself.
My dad was diagnosed with cancer when I was in high school. Scariest time in my life. No one thought he would get this long, this cancer normally has a life expectancy of 5 years. Makes me cry just imagining my life and a world without him. My dad is just such an amazing man. For anyone who’s met him you know- He makes you feel important, smart, loved, happy....... he’s like gravity, you just want to be near him. The cancer he has is called non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, it’s a cancer of the blood and therefore incurable- but treatable! 100% of donations will be going to WMFC (WM Foundation Canada) for research and patient services. Michael Knowlton has spent his life giving to others, its our time to show him some love and donate a little back. It means the world to me to have so many friends and family willing to help us with this.
