Buying Crystal Warehouse

Hello!
My name is Rebekka, also known as Tumblr user/ online shop owner, Bekkathyst. Since 2013 I have been running an online store with a mix of handmade jewelry, crystals, minerals, and fossils. Over these last few years, my shop has been growing at an amazing rate. It has been my absolute joy to connect thousands of customers to my works of art and the crystals they needed.
Recently, a giant opportunity has been presented to me. One of my biggest suppliers of crystals for my shop is sadly returning to her home country. She had a buyer lined up to buy the warehouse and the wholesale business she had established here in the US, but the buyer could not find the funding. So, she told me that she was going to get rid of all of her inventory in a big close-out sale and just close everything down. She then asked if I may be interested in purchasing it instead! She let me know that she had a lot of trust in me, and she'd be willing to set up a payment plan and train me to get me ready for taking over.
For the down payment, I still need $20,000. This doesn't include the start up costs and such, but it would allow me to get the whole transfer finalized and the process of getting set up started! I am looking into getting a loan for the down payment amount, in case the fundraiser goal is not met in time, so the donations would either be used to pay that back and/or for additional start up costs.
Now, I thought I'd mention some awesome benefits of obtaining this warehouse!
- This would allow me to have extremely stable and diverse stock for my shop! Across every social media and e-commerce platform I've had over the years, my shop has maintained 5 star reviews, extremely loyal customers, and a great reputation.
- In turn, this would increase revenue to the point where I would be able to support smaller artists. It has been my dream from the beginning to have a shop with a wide range of products, mostly made by small, independent artists with unique items. This would be much easier to pursue with the warehouse secured.
- I certainly will not be able to run this warehouse without a team! This would be creating jobs, which is certainly needed in this time.
