Buy Mike's Badass Wheelchair

Mike D is ready for his wheels, and we might as well do it once and do it right! As you know, he's a huge hiking/camping fan, so off-road is the way to go.  After some thorough research and even talking to the fine folks at Forcemech, Mike's concluded that the super sweet Navigator XL will fit the bill. 

It's an ATW--All Terrain Wheelchair--that can venture across the dunes, tackle the Pictured Rocks overlooks, and also handle mundane trips like the grocery store and doctors' appointments. 


As you'd expect, Medicaid only covers dinky hand-pushed wheelchairs that are cheap, impractical and extremely limiting.

The Navigator will allow Mike to enjoy his visits to Eve and Amy's place up north. It will fold and fit into his truck, and most importantly, it will help Mike continue to be the active person he always has been!
