Hi my name is Ina! Before I get into explaining all the details I just wanted to say thank you for taking the time to read this and watch my video. Your support means the world to me.
As briefly described in the video, this project has many layers. I will be creating a docu-series following my life with Chronic Lyme disease, showing the bad - the really bad - and the triumphant moments. All with the goal of educating, creating awareness and most of all, inspiring others to never give up. Whether they have Lyme disease or not.. everyone has their own struggles in life, and too many people think the only way out is by giving up. I want to change that.
The docu-series will follow me as I travel throughout the United States photographing 100 people with Lyme to highlight the invisibility of this disease. The photos will be compiled together to make a beautiful coffee table book to create awareness and help people understand that just because someone doesn't "look sick" doesn't mean they aren't sick.

The reason I am here asking for help funding this project is because I can't do this alone. I am investing all of my time and personal money as well but unfortunately that's simply not enough to get a project like this completed.
The funds raised here will be used for the following:
- travel to and from each state (for myself and a 1-2 videographers)
- transportation while traveling
- accommodations in each city
- production costs (videographer, editing process, post production, etc. )
- equipment (microphones, cameras, lighting etc.)
- submitting the finished series to film festivals such as:
* Sundance Film Festival
* Tribeca Film Festival
- printing the coffee table book
- creating a non profit to be able to pay it forward

These funds will be utilized immediately as we are already starting production and will be starting to travel as soon as we can afford the first flight. Our first trip is planned for May 4th so that will be the first trip we allocate funds to.
Again, I honestly can't explain how much your support means to me. This project is bigger than me, it's bigger than just an idea. This project will save lives, I'm sure of that. And I can only get it done with your help.
