I am trying to get a storefront for my business Buttercream Bliss Gourmet CUPCAKES! I'd like to contract with a company that helps find employment for those with disabilities when the company grows large enough to hire employees.

Buttercream Bliss Gourmet Cupcakes officially started in 2009 when friends and family kept saying they were "the best cupcake they've ever had!" and suggested I start selling them. Since then, I've been running a cottage food operation out of my home kitchen, catering weddings, birthdays, and just plain old sweet teeth ;) They are ALWAYS a hit.
My light, fluffy buttercream is unique to other cupcakes in the area. I love to create comfort classics, such as Red Velvet, Triple Chocolate, etc. and also love to create delicious, unique flavor combos, such as Chili Mango, Strawberry Champagne, and many others! I also offer moist, delicious, Gluten Free cupcakes.
Though I'll more than likely be a one man show at first, ultimately my goal is to make this a place that I can employ people that have a harder time finding employment due to disabilities, etc.
My husband Jeremy suffers from epilepsy. He is a great person, and a very very hard worker. But sometimes it takes someone with a little patience and understanding to hire and work with him as sometimes he needs a little time here or there to sit down and wait for a seizure to pass. I am so grateful to those who do have that patience and have given him and others the opportunity to shine, and I want to pay that forward.
Baking is my passion. It is my life! Since I began selling my cupcakes, I've watched other cupcake bakeries open in our neighboring city, Reno, and do very well for themselves. I have tried their lack-luster cupcakes and know that I could do very well in this market. Not only are my cupcakes gorgeous, they are hands down, the best cupcakes in town!
I've also seen other cupcake bakeries use my flavor ideas. I'm tired of seeing my cupcakes go from my brain into their pockets! I work too hard to develop these flavors!
I would like to raise enough money through GoFundMe to offset the amount of loans I'll need at startup. I have to purchase the commercial ovens, mixers, and other kitchen necessities, lease a storefront, and pay for permits, etc., so I can bring my cupcakes to a more convenient, comfortable location for my current customers where they can walk in and get one at any time, and also bring them to a larger audience!
