My name is Brooke and I am a recent transplant from Los Angeles to The Berkshires. I'd love to get my bagels up and running for the outdoor Farmers Markets here!
Unfortunately my funds are extremely tight and I know that my bagels are wanted and apparently needed, because there just aren't any here! . My hurdle now is getting my apartments kitchen inspected, and all of my certifications up to date.
