Burial for our Angel Trent/Booka

My 16 year nephew passed away today due to careless driving he was struck by a vehicle while walking on the sidewalk on his way to take his sister to school he was thrown 60 feet . the guy who hit my nephew claimed his steering wheel locked up an his breaks went out (which I highly doubt being he was trying to flee the scene in the exact same vehicle ) I spoke to an officer shortly after he passed an was informed they let the man go who did this to him. Something has to be done or will there be another innocent life taken. Im not looking for sympathy or anything I just want something done it has to be away our kids are able to walk to in from school without things like this happening ..
