My name is Tricia Morton.  I am 42, wife and mother to 3 children, 3 dogs and one cat.  In 2012, I acquired Cervical Cranial Choreic Dystonia and chronicled my journey on YouTube through the name Reglan Diary.
A little over two years ago my loving husband bought me a little girl Pomeranian named Toffee.  She was such a blessing!  She cuddled with me when I was curled up on the couch in pain.  She was my constant companion as I adjusted to my new life.
For my anniversary, my hubby bought me my second Pomeranian baby named Bear.  What a joy!!!   Having my pups brought so much joy to my life.
Six weeks ago, Toffee had four beautiful puppies!  We were so excited!  My daughters and I pet her and encouraged her through every contraction.  It was wonderful.  I then decided to sell my pups to loving families to help me carry the financial burden of my first round of this years Dystonia treatments.  I found wonderful families that watched the babies grow up on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/groups/1501145143523283/permalink/1511320105839120/
Unfortunately, 3 weeks ago, we got bad news from our family vet.  "Phoebe" & "Ollie" had PDA, a common heart murmur, that without surgery, will kill them within the first 2 years.  My family and was devistated!  The problem is that the surgery can cost up to $5000 each.   And although I am able to take my pet family to the vet for care, this is beyond what we could possibly afford, especially with my health expenses.   I am not selling these babies.  My 16 year old daughter is adopting Ollie, for better or worse.
I just want them to live.  I want them to run and play.  Without the surgery, they would succumb to fluid buildup in their lungs until they suffocate.  I can't imagine that happening!
The puppies must have the surgery before they turn 6 months old for it to be successful.  The surgery has an extremely high success rate and allows the pups to grow up normal without any further complications.  I am hoping to raise the needed funds in the next two months as these babies are still very small.
I am hoping and praying that there are other animal lovers out there that understand how precious and comforting these babies are!  They deserve to run and play and live and be loved.  They deserve to impact others lives the way my pups have enriched and brought joy to mine.
Phoebe was supposed to be purchased by a mom and her children going through a divorce.   Her name is Karine.  When I cried and told Karine about Phoebe's condition she agreed to adopt Phoebe to love her for as long as she would live.  Karine and her kids need Phoebe like I needed Toffee.   They need each other.  Their family has fallen in love with Phoebe.
My illness has no cure.  But these babies DO have a cure!   I just want them to be loved. Please love them with me and help us.   Anything would be appreciated beyond words.   I've never asked for anything like this, not even for myself, not even in my worst pain.  I can endure that, but I can't endure letting these babies die.
Any left over money's will be passed on to others on here in need.  I just want them healthy.  Nothing more.
