Buddies got into a hit & run ( my German Shepherd)

Came to Reno, nv to see family. Came from Grass valley, California. My right side of my car got broken into while I was working, so the doors don't work. I let my dog out to go potty and some idiot wants to speed and hit my dog and leave. If you know buddie, he is almost 2 and you know he is the most lovey, playful, handsome boy. He loves babies and kids. He loves my 9month old son. The surgery is Monday morning at 8a.m. it'll be 2500. I am dead broke and in debt for bills and my baby. I'm asking just even 5bucks will help.. Or he would need to be put down or  amputated for 1500. Please help my little buddy boy! God bless, much appreciated.
