Hello beautiful friends of the internet!
My dad has been working on a TV show pitch for years now. He's crafted a tremendous and current story arch for characters who are dear to me and could soon be dear to the nation - relatable cartoon rock and roller's who form the punk band BUBBLESOAP.
He is going to LA to pitch the idea to some big names. It's a hard time to be an artist, no matter how much positive feedback and success one has seen. A lot of you are probably already familiar with my dad's work from Olive the Other Reindeer and his 20 other children's books, or from his artwork featured in the up-and-coming Oakland film Sorry To Bother You. Anyways, he's too humble to ask, but any support for his trip to LA would go a very long way, and would ultimately contribute to the success of a future favorite TV show suitable for all ages and not full of all the bullshit subliminable messages that today's media gravitates toward.
Help him out if you have a spare buck. I love him, and his work, and it's not just because I'm his daughter.
