Isabellas heart surgery

Isabella was born with a rare medical condition known as VACTERL. With this our little family has faced many difficult times where we have spent a long time in and out of hospital for appointments and operations. Isabella is currently having a lot of feeding difficulties and has a tube going into her belly to help her get what she needs to grow. She was also born with asd and pulmonary stenosis, this requires us to travel from adelaide to Melbourne for open heart surgery. We have been told that we will be having surgery by the end of the year or early next year. As isabella is fully dependant on being tube fed at the moment we have found it very difficult as I have had to give up work and we have had to survive on 1 income. What I would love to do is be able to raise enough money so that Isabella myself and her dad can all go to Melbourne when she has surgery as a family and not have to worry about the lose of income and all the financial expenses that will come with it. Any help towards helping this difficult time a little easier for my family would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
