Bryce's Life Support

Baby Bryce Stone was born abruptly after medical complications at only 29 weeks gestation while his mother Noel was visiting her home country of Honduras with her husband and two boys. Bryce was born extremely underweight and size. He is not able to breathe on his own and has underdeveloped lungs and GI tract. He was placed in the NICU on site immediatley. He needs to be on machines to breathe and feed until he is bigger and stronger. Unlike in USA, where you recieve treatment then work out payment arragements or get medicaide to help out, you must pay in advance of any treatment or they will release you despite the potential consequence. this seems extremely brutal, isis,and its why so many people die in these countries. You do not want to end up needing to be in a hospital in Honduras, but we are at the best one you can hope for Hopsitale de Valle in San Pedro Sula. After extensive research and exploring all options to bring him home, no insurance program exist that will cover a foreign birth and now he will have pre-existing conditions even if we got him home. This is a complicated situtaion and we have run into roadblock finding treatment options atevery turn. This has left the parents Noel and David Stone to pay out of pocket almost $2,500 EVERY SINGLE DAY, for his continued treatment for the next four to six weeks or until he is breathing and doing well on his own. In addition to that, David and Noel have to balance work, traveleling between countries and the 2 boys at home. Bryce is at a fragile and critical state and we are asking for prayers support and donations of any size to keep him alive and receiving the care and treatment he desperately needs.
