Bryants Open Heart Surgery and Expenses

Bryant (my father) fought pneumonia from Feb-March 10th and took 3 Urgent Care visits during that time. After the 3rd visit he was admitted into the hospital in Iowa. From there he continued to fight pneumonia and many tests were ran, and many medications were given but did not show signs of working. On March 19th, he was admitted into Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for having oxygen level of 79. When he was admitted they looked further into the medical condition he was in. They realized he had cardiac problems. On March 23rd, he was transported to Chicago, Illinois. When admitted into Chicago medical center it was made known that he had mitral valve failure and aortic valve needed replaced due to a heart defect. April 1st, he had his successful heart surgery. He recovered back in ICU till the 14th when he got released to go back home.
He is back home and taking it easy. He is not allowed to drive nor work for 6-8 weeks. With expenses from Chicago like hotels, gas, food, and parking, along with bills from both hospitals, physical therapy, and caring for a family. We are asking for help for our family during this time.
We are blessed, and thankful for all the prayers and thoughts that came toward the family and my dad. All is appreciated.
