The Brooks Family

               Hello, my name is Janet my husband name Paul .We Have been together for 25 yrs. We have two beautiful autistic children. Our son is 19 and is in a extended school program, He is in a work program, and also in a living skills program where he is learning how to take care of himself. He is also in the special olympics. He has been sharing his room with his younger sister. Our daughter is 15 she is non-verbal. She is in a Autistic school. She is mentally challanged. She will go nights where she cries all night. This is hard on our son he has to get up in the morning. My husband worked for comcast as a quality control for 16 yrs. He was at work sitting at a red light when someone hit him from behind. He now has four bolts and a cage in his back. We now have to live on disability. My husband and me have been sleeping on a sofa bed for 19yrs. We saved enough money to finally build onto our house. The contractor took almost 25,000 to build the addition. It was never done. He ripped us off. With us on disability now it would take forever for us to do it again.
