Brittney Prehn -Struck by Lightning

Donation protected
You’ve probably read about it in the news or heard about it on the radio by now - Our daughter, Brittney Prehn, was struck in the head by lightning while attending the Country Thunder Music Festival in Wisconsin on Friday, July 20, 2018. The lightning struck her in the head, traveled through her body, and exited through her foot. Brittney has survived, but has a long road to recovery ahead of her.

She is currently in ICU at Loyola University Medical Center receiving the best treatment possible. Since Friday, she has undergone surgery with more surgeries ahead of her. The extent of the damage is still unknown but Brittney is a fighter and is not giving up.

What we need from you:

We are raising money to help pay her medical bills that are quickly accumulating. Any and all donations are greatly appreciated.

A little about Brittney:

Brittney is a 22-year old student studying to become a special education teacher. She actively helps her sisters in 4-H, a youth organization that helps children develop citizenship, leadership, responsibility and life skills. She has a love for all things outdoors, including fishing, camping, going mudding in her truck, and having bonfires with friends. When she is not doing something outdoors you can find her spending time with her sisters and her dog named Dozzer.
