Bring Rev Conley home

My dad, Rev Charles Conley, had a massive stroke in Aug 2016. He has been in rehab and long term care facilities recovering.  He wants to go home, but requires 24 hour care. We need to renovate his home to allow wheelchair access. We have family members who can do the work, but we need help purchasing supplies and bathroom fixtures. We will be doing the work in April. Any extra money will go towards paying caregivers when we cannot be there for him.
