Bring Red the puppy home

Red the puppy was our family dog. He was friendly with a big heart. He played with all the neighbor hood kids. And run with them and even jump around with them he has the sweetest demeanor. He loved to cuddle and lay with you. Yesterday he was shot 8 times by wichita police department. now in order for us to bring him home we have to have at least 120 just to have a basic cremation . I do not have this kind of unexpected expense. If anyone can find it in their heart to help my family bring our baby home it is much appreciated. Thank you in advance for any help.
