As members of our community, we are all coming together to support two of our oldest friends.
Andy Saver and Bridget Corkery are two amazing people. They have been in the restaurant community for years, and have connected with so many of us.
This past December, Andy went to Urgent Care suffering from what he thought were gallstones and was blindsided with a diagnosis of stage IV colon cancer that had spread to his liver and lungs. Due to worsening symptoms, he was unable to return to work. He is currently undergoing an aggressive round of chemotherapy to manage the disease and anticipates many to follow.
We are coming together to raise money to help alleviate the financial burden they face of meeting the cost of daily living and paying medical bills that are not covered by insurance on a single income.
