On the evening of Saturday, December 3rd our incredible brother, Brian Hyland, was abruptly taken from us.
Brian was a loving father, husband, son, brother, uncle, and friend. At the age of 47, he had his whole life ahead of him and many things have been unfortunately left behind and unfinished.
This amazing man has left behind his wife Rachael, and 9-year-old son Matthew. There are no words great enough to describe Brian. He was simply an exquisite human being. His personality was contagious, his sarcasm and wit were unmatchable. He loved with the strongest of hearts and was incredibly giving and caring to everyone he knew.
Brian has been out of work for a year, and after losing his job had been staying home to take care of his son. Brian was a diabetic and over the past year his health had been unknowingly deteriorating. In the beginning of November, Brian had become ill with the flu. After seeing the doctor and having no improvement, he was sent for further testing where they found he would need triple bypass surgery. On Wednesday, November 30th he underwent the bypass procedure which ultimately became a quadruple bypass.
After the procedure the doctors were working diligently to get Brian home. Unfortunately, God had a different plan and Brian was taken from us.
The purpose of this GoFundMe is not only for the costs of the services and medical expenses, but to also ensure the financial stability of Rachael and Matthew. Brian left this earth tragically and unexpectedly and did not have life insurance. Please take a minute of your time to make a donation. No donation is too small.
