Brian Lee's Fight for Life

I would like to introduce you to a wonderful family in need of your support and prayers, Brian & Lisa Lee and their four children. Five years ago, Brian was diagnosed with Appendix cancer. Appendix cancer is rare, occurring in about 1,000 people in the United States each year. In 2012, Brian received his last chemo treatment. Most recently, Brian’s battle against this rare cancer has returned forcing them to face an even bigger battle with complications he did not suffer previously. He has since had two surgeries to remove the cancer, but unfortunately the doctors are not able to get it all. The cancer has wrapped itself around several organs that are inoperable.

In August 2016, Brian’s medical condition became worse and doctors have exhausted all options available. Brian is no longer able to eat solid foods. He recently had a PEG Tube implanted in order to maintain nutrition. Brian has been in and out of the hospital repeatedly over the last few months resulting in a financial strain on their family.

This dear family is in desperate need of your help. Brian is not able to work and Lisa has now exhausted all of her vacation time at work to be at Brian’s side. She now has to take time off from work unpaid. We hope that you will find it in your heart to help this family when they need it most while Brian continues his fight with cancer. Your support will help alleviate some of the daily stress of how to make ends meet so they can focus on Brian’s health and medical care. We vow that every cent you choose to graciously donate will be used to help Brian, Lisa and their family during this difficult time with medical expenses, meals and associated expenses.
