Brian Arsenault Memorial WOD

On October 22nd the local community will come together and Honor the life of Brian K Arsenault with a CrossFit style workout and a 5K Run down the Rail Trail. Spc Brian K. Arsenault from Northborough ma, was a paratrooper assigned to Company B, 1st Battalion 504th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division. He was killed in Ghazni Afghanistan on September 4, 2014 by enemy small arms fire. He is survived by his parents Daniel and Leslie Arsenault and his sister Lindsey. 

This years proceeds will go to the Powder Horn Fund, which directly supports the soldiers of the 1-181 Infantry Regiment. There is no minimum donation amount for participating in the event; all donations are welcome and appreciated and nothing is too small.

All are welcome to participate in the event! The workout and run are 100% scaleable; all fitness levels welcome, you do not need to be a member of CFRT or have any CrossFit experience. We will have a social after, to begin as soon as the last runner crosses the finishline! Everyone come on out and Honor Brian the best way we know how!
