Kidney transplant for My Dad

I'm trying to raise money for a kidney transplant for my father. He has Diabetes, and End Stage Renal Disease along with a list of other health issues. Even if we can find a match, we still need to come up with the money to accept the kidney and have the surgery done. Please help. Thank you for your generosity.
