Medical Breast Reduction

When I was young, I matured rather quickly. By the time I was half way through middle school most of my body had finished growing and I generially had the body that I do now. Just about everything stopped growing but my breasts. When I was in 4th grade, I was already wearing D Cup bras.  I wouldn't say they're gigantic like some lolanime chick but they're pretty big to the point that they cause multiple medical problems and financial problems because it is difficult for me to find a bra that fits me properly. My current size in which I wear, 36i, it is very depressing to look up things that i would be able to hopefully wear only to get my heart broken about the price for something I'm not 100% sure will fit me properly because what is trying on clothes when shopping online? (Since stores don't exactly carry that size.) Thus, my life is sports bras that do not give me the proper support that I need. 

Now that I'm 21 and they've decided to stay the size that they are now, I've taken a lot of thought and consideration about this. I'm not wanting this for cosmetic reasons but strictly medical. I've tried fighting with insurance about this many times and each time I've been denied even though I meet all the medical requirements. I have been seeing a chiropractor for some time now for my neck and upper back which is one of the main reason why I really want to get this reduction. My neck and back are suffering and hurt a lot. I get the deep indents on my shoulders from when I can and do wears bras.  I've gone to a platic surgeon who has told me that I would feel instant relief. 

With as many times as I've been denied by insurance, I've come to the conclusion that I will most likely will have to pay out of pocket-- Which at my current job working only part time is something very difficult to do. So this is why I'm here, asking for help. It would mean so much to me if I could get this surgery done. 

 Recently I was diagnosed with PCOS and was told that I am Pre-Diabetic/very borderline of type 2 diabetes. I'm beginning to believe that my current chest size might be (even if it is small) a contribution to my health issues among others. 

Pain in my neck and back is absolute hell. If anyone is able to help donate, even just $1 helps.
