Brain surgery / cirugía cerebral

Dear all, my sister Sarabella Nieto Delgado needs a miracle, and you can be part of it. She had an Aneurysm burst in an artery & hydrocephalus and needs and urgent surgery. She is only 45! She spends all the time helping everyone! She is very positive and willing to help... thats the way she enjoys life, a kind soul with a beautiful way of looking at it, a mother of two and grandmother of a beautiful little 2 year old. She is fighting for her life in Tijuana, Mexico. Unfortunately during this emergency there has been many negligent decisions by doctors and hospitals that have put her life in a very difficult position , she doesn’t have health insurance and they will not do the surgery without payment. We need your help to save her life

Queridos todos, a mi hermana Sarabella Nieto Delgado se le reventó un aneurisma  y tiene hidrocefalias necesita cirugía urgente. La situación es crítica, necesita en verdad un milagro y tu puedes ayudarnos en que sea posible! Ella tiene solo 45 años y ha pasado gran parte de su vida ayudando a quien lo necesite, todo el tiempo... ! siempre con una actitud muy positiva y entregada a la vida, en verdad  una alma caritativa que ahora necesita de nosotros.  Madre de dos hijos y abuela de una hermosa niña de 2 años. Esta peleando por su vida en Tijuana, México . Desafortunadamente durante el proceso ha pasado por mucha negligencia médica  lo cual
