Brad Patrick Austin, TX

Friday evening, after a busy shift at Wink Restaurant, Bradley Patrick was headed home on his scooter. While waiting for the  light at51st and the I35 access road to change, Brad washit by another car. Immediately, an amazing group of good samaritans stopped to help redirect traffic snd administer basic first aid. Brad was a rushed to Dell-Seton hospital downtown.  He was incredibly fortunate to only suffer compound fractures to his left Tibia and Fibula. The Medical team put in a rod and pins to hold everything together.  Bradley Patrick was held overnight for observation and released to go home on Sunday night.  Bradley Patrick was told that it would take 3 months for a full recovery. Of course Both of his jobs Maitre D' at Wink restaurant and Yoga instructor at Modo Yoga require quite a bit of physicality. Bradley Patrick one of those people with NO HEALTH INSURANCE.  He will be returnin work at Wink doing office "stuff"  and will resume teaching unheated yoga when he has recovered. He is especially gratefull for Heather, his roomate, for taking all of this in stride and being a great friend.  he was only in Seton for couple of days, but the hospital visits from Lestina Beedle and Gillian (driver of goats hay and yoga instructors on the mend) meant a lot to him  NamastéBPB
