Boyd Family - Paradise Fire

The Camp Fire has brought devastation and loss to so many in Paradise, California and the surrounding areas. The Boyd Families - Mike and Melisse with newborn baby boy, and Carolyn and Edd - have lost their homes and everything else.
My mom and dad retired to Paradise after 40 years in their Southern California house. They moved in September 2018 only to lose their home and all they had 2 months later.
My brother, his wife, and their new son have lost everything as well.
They are all starting from scratch - so many people have already offered hand-me-down baby stuff for Amos - thank you! My heart is full. All of our hearts are full.
We are starting a Go Fund Me page to help them get essentials and support from friends near and far.
As dad said on the phone this week, "Your mother and I started our life together with nothing - November 50 years ago. So maybe we are meant to start the next 50 years with nothing. But we are all safe and together."
