Bo's Broken Hip

Bo came into rescue yesterday as an owner surrender. He is a sweet 10 month old, 6lb Yorkie, with a broken hip! (We have no idea what happened)  Bo needs Femoral Head Osteotomy (FHO) surgery...he currently can’t use his leg and needs this taken care of as soon as possible. (you can see how bad his hip is in the xray!)

In his short little life, he has been passed around quite a bit. We are his 4th owner!  After Bo’s surgery, he will also need vaccines and to be neutered once his little body is healed.  After that, we’ll be on the hunt for his 5th and FURever home.

For those of you who follow us, you may recently remember Remy.  She also had FHO surgery, which has brought the rescue funds down to an all-time scary low!

We are hoping this fundraiser cannot only help us with Bo’s surgery, but put some money back into rescue so that we can continue to help the neglected and abused dogs in our area, as well as our ‘lifers’ at the rescue.

Please help us help Bo! As soon as we get surgery scheduled, we’ll really be pressed to raise these funds.
