Thank you for your interest in helping me start up Body Color Cosmetics! For the longest time I noticed that there was a void in the body paint and cosmetic industry. Artists, entertainers and enthusiasts needed a body paint for conditions that involved water resistance, but would also not burn the eyes like with Alcohol activated water resistant makeups; They also needed a brush on solution for events where electricity for an airbrush was not readily available. After many years I took it upon myself to research the newest cosmetic technologies available, and after many months of trial, and error, I have developed a solution for the Magical people that desire a product for longevity, and water resistance.

Many different options were looked at in the Preparation and design process, but what was found was that if most of the materials were purchased from USA distributors it would be able to stay within FDA regulations for Cosmetic certifications easier than if the ingredients were supplied from other questionable countries that had inconsistencies in quality control. Also in doing this, the most affordable option available could be created. Instead of outsourcing the creation to large factories, the creation of the products would be obtained locally and later on be able to supply new jobs to people who needed work.

The Water resistant Paint has high pigmentation percentage, all the colors are created to be bright and vivid to show on light and dark colored skin. the paint itself is slightly creamy for easy blendability and coverage. It is easy to create line work with minimum effort and control.

How to use:

1. pour a tiny amount of the mixing liquid in a cup, this will be used to clean your brush in between colors. Replace the mixing liquid cap

2.Spray 1-2 times in the paint. Use a brush or sponge to stroke the paint back and forth to pick paint up on prefered tool.

3. Paint or sponge on cleaned skin just as you would conventional brush on face and body paint.

4. to clean your Brush, swish in mixing liquid you set aside in a cup, then on a clean, towel stroke the brush back and forth until excess paint is off brush. You are now ready to repeat step 2-4 until your masterpiece is complete!

Clean up for tools:

make sure that all your brushes have been swished with the mixing liquid and excess paint wiped away on towel. A non disposable dirty sponge can be dipped in the mixing liquid and excess product can be squeezed out, cosmetic wedges can be thrown away for sanitation. After excess paint has been dissolved with mixing liquid, you can wash sponges or brushes in soap and water as you would conventional water based face and body painting products. If only for yourself, you can reuse the mixing liquid by allowing the color to settle and pour the mixing liquid in another container making sure that the settled pigment does not mix again with the mixing liquid.

Clean up for Skin:

Once you are ready to take the body paint off, you can use Coconut Oil, mineral Oil, Baby oil, Some makeup removers, or the mixing liquid. for Coconut oil, mineral oil and baby oil, Rub in Skin until you see paint move placement, If you warm the oils up first, it is a bit easier for the paint to wear away, then allow time for the oils to set on the skin for a few minutes, then with slight abrasion wipe away. For some Makeup Removers and Mixing liquid you can apply directly to the skin to allow instantaneous removal of paint. Once most of the paint is wiped away, you can then add soap on skin and then water and bathe as usual. The longer the paint is worn, the easier it is to come off when you are ready.

Paint Care:

Since the paint is Water resistant, it is not able to create a environment for bacteria to become habitable, However we do suggest that you wipe away any mixed color within your paint so your paint colors will be ready for next use. Keep paint and mixing liquid out of Extreme heat, Heat exposure exceeding over 150F/65.5C may result in product melting.

Risks and challenges:
In researching for this project many things came up to surface, I would need to order the raw materials in bulk to be able offer the product at an affordable price, I also needed to purchase the machinery that would allow me to create the product in large quantities and the added technology to give me the same results each time so quality would never differ. Other things that came to mind included the rental or purchase location I would have the creation of the paint take place, shipping materials, printing, business communication and storage necessities.
