Brazil training opportunity

Fortunately I have been given the incredible opportunity to train in Brazil at UNICAMP from the beginning July of 2018 - November 2018 as part of my third year degree training. Currently I am training at the London Contemporary Dance School at The Place where I am in my second year. I was so blessed to be able to apply for the exchange programme and I was not expecting to receive an email rewarding me with a place. By some miracle it happened and I am off to Brazil.
Why am I going:
Experiencing training which is a complete juxtaposition to the type of which I have had before is something that seems to be extremely intriguing to me and I feel as though it would benefit me in so many ways. Being able to complement my training with activities such as Yoga and Capoeira at UNICAMP, I feel would assist the technical training I am used to having. Technical training is something I know I will always continue to love and practice because I appreciate it so much and find it to be so beneficial for me mentally and physically. After having yoga every day during my training with National Youth Dance Company (NYDC) (2015-2016), I noticed that such practice was also just as important as Ballet and Contemporary techniques. Having a varied training and being versatile as an athlete and performer I know can help you progress and develop to be a stronger person and athlete. I know from research and conversing with people who have attended UNICAMP that there is a variety of training I feel would be so useful to have as part of my dance training, especially before I set out to audition for professional work.
I also hope to take up this opportunity to experience what it is like to be surrounded by so many creative individuals, many of whom aren’t studying the same subject as myself. Having previously been in this environment at The BRIT School, I know that there are so many benefits with this such as having an abundance of learning opportunities of different calibers. Also, being surrounded by people who come from so many different areas of the world and from different cultures is something I would love to experience on a larger scale. Whilst I will be training in Brazil I know there is the possibility to learn so much about their culture from the indigenous people of that country. Of course, Brazil like many places in the world is full of indigenous people and non-indigenous people; however I know both will be able to fill me with so much knowledge and information first hand.
In order to make this trip possible, I have to source a substantial amount of funds for the following:
-Return flight from London to Brazil
-$4000 for a visa securement
-accommodation expenses
These are essentials in order to get me there and back safely in one piece...I hope. Everything else such as food and leisure are expenses of which I will be able to fund during my time out there. I have been reluctant to ask for support of others out there however I have been encouraged to do so by people that I love dearly so I am going through with this. Any support given would be appreciated so so much...words can't really describe how much I want to go on this trip and I am going to do anything I can to get myself there. Being able to study abroad with my tuition covered and only having to source travel and accommodation expenses is a once in a lifetime opportunity I do not want to turn down.
Currently, I am a freelance dance teacher on the side of my degree. I am teaching all over London and taking up any cover work I can find to help save up for this trip. I am also considering finding another job to cram into the little amount of spare hours I now have to save for this trip. Application for my visa will take place very soon and in order for this to happen, I have to have $4000 sitting in a bank account to have any hope in qualifying. Of course flights are cheaper the earlier they are booked so my time is quite limited as I am hoping to get the large payments out of the way as soon as possible. I am putting it out to the universe that this trip will become a reality and again, any support that is given is hugely appreciated and an update of my progress will be delivered to you on a regular basis.
