Blessing Belleville Banquet

Donation protected
My name is Ally Dyer.  I am a senior at Belleville East High School.  I am working directly with three important charities in my community (Beacon Ministry, Caritas Family Solutions, Project Compassion).  They are on the front lines of helping children, families and individuals in the Belleville, IL area.  This is my third year of raising funds through a banquet to help these charities make a lasting impact in our community.  I am hopeful that with your support as a banquet sponsor, we can help them reach more people with services in 2018 and beyond.  We have sponsorship levels, but any support you can provide to encourage this effort is appreciated.  Sponsorships include tickets that you can use or have them donated for local youth in the community to attend.  The organization of this event is also being used to train future community leaders through a mentorship program with several 9th and 10th grade students.

Silver Sponsorship $100- 2 Tickets, Recognized in program
Gold Sponsorship $250- 4 Tickets, Half-page ad in program
Platinum Sponsorship $500- 8 Tickets (Full Table), Full page ad in program

On the day of the banquet, I will retrieve the funds gathered and then present them to the three charities at the event.  Please submit your support by August 4 so we can include you in the banquet program.
Here are some additional details on these organizations that are transforming lives for the deepest needs in our community.

Beacon Ministry

Like a lighthouse in the midst of dangerous waters, Beacon Ministry is the churches of the community coming together to provide a beacon to those who find themselves in those waters. Communities with treacherous coastlines would come together to support the building, upkeep, and services of the community lighthouse. They did this because they wanted to provide a guide for getting back safely on solid ground. In the same way, Beacon Ministry provides a beacon of hope and guidance within our community for those who have hit rough waters in their life. The light that any one congregation could provide is limited, but when we come together, the beacon shines brighter and reaches farther into the darkness.

Beacon Ministry is churches, businesses, and volunteers joining together to help “Break the Chains of Poverty”. Through our partnerships we provide life coaching, mentoring, and financial assistance, connections with helping resources, a hot meal and spiritual support group for the homeless, and furniture for those who need it but cannot afford to buy it.

Caritas Family Solutions

Founded in 1947, Caritas Family Solutions is a nonprofit social services agency providing direct services to persons of all background with social and emotional needs.
