Hello all,
After a lifelong battle with Sickle Cell Disease and other medical issues, my beloved father, Blake Gibbs, passed away on 12/24/18. As many already know, he was being treated at Westchester Medical Center for the past 2 months and we did everything in our power to keep him going and make sure he was getting the right medical care, but on Christmas Eve he passed away. He was a kind and generous man who cared deeply for his family and friends and gave back to his community in any way he could. Unfortunately, while we mourn his passing we are also dealing with some financial hardship in coming up with the money to pay for his funeral and memorial services. We appreciate any contribution to help us memorialize my father and honor the legacy he leaves behind.
