Blade's Medical Expenses

Blade is my 8 year old feral born cat who became diabetic last year.  He had a seizure and his medical expenses have wiped me out.  The vet says he's likely to make a full recovery, but will need follow up expenses.   His insulin expenses has stretched my budget to the limit and now I don't want to lose him because of money.   I just don't know of any other way to get him the help he needs.

He's more like a wild animal than a domesticated cat, so I couldn't give him up hoping someone with deeper pockets could adopt him, already checked.  He really is a good companion, but he's distrustful of others so, he has to stay with me to survive.  I love this crazy cat and he could go another 10 years.
