HIT & RUN VICTIM - Clarke Stevens, Antioch CA

Clarke was HIT & RUN and LEFT BLEEDING OUT ON THE STREET while walking his dogs Wednesday morning on October 2 at 7:45am.

Although he is surviving and continues to recover, his injuries are quite significant - he has a severe subdural hematoma, traumatic brain injury, facial lacerations and bruised legs, back, hip and hands. Insurance will not cover all the medical expenses for his treatments and continued doctor appointments.
