Billy "JOEL" Soto

Billy "Joel" Soto was a vibrant soul that we were fortunate to have. He loved everyone in his life and was loved by so many. From childhood to adulthood he looked out for all. He was the man of his house in every sense of the word. He was the sole caretaker for his mother and sister. His life was cut short unexpectedly and we're asking for any small donations to pay for funeral costs, medical cost, and unexpected costs his sister and mother will have to face during this tragedy.

We greatly appreciate any donations given to the family. We have suffered a tremendous loss and pray that we are strong enough to get through this. Thank you on behalf of the Soto family.


I am Nancy Soto from Mass raising funds  for my brothers funeral services.  The fund will be used for my brothers funeral services. His wake and his burial in the Dominican Republic.  I will be withdrawing from my checking account and will get a bank check for my family to take care of their expenses.
