Billy needs Surgery!

 Billy, formerly know as BJ, was in a NJ shelter until recently. Billy is 13-years young, who is suffering with Congestive Heart Failure and is currently being cared for in a hospice home. Billy has a huge mass near his rear which has become so painful and ulcerated that it needs to be removed. The surgery is estimated at $1300 so we need your help!
