Bill Pailes Scouting Adventure Fund

Bill Pailes was the Scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 65 in Morgantown, WV, for almost 25 years.  He spent almost another 20 years as an Assistant Scoutmaster with the troop.  As the Scoutmaster, he took boys on adventures that gave them a great Scouting experience - Philmont Scout Ranch, Charles L. Sommers Canoe Base, Maine High Adventure Base, the Florida Sea Base, and camping and backpacking throughout Monogahela National Forest in West Virginia. 

Having quality camping and outdoor gear for growing boys isn't cheap, and he believed that no boy should be denied the Scouting adventure experience because of lack of money.  Contributions to this fund will go towards making gear and activities available to boys in the North Central WV area so that they can have an enjoyable Scouting adventure on their next camping trip.
