Hello my name is Adrian De La Vega, I am from Goshen, IN!
I am biking to every state capital in America to raise awareness on the educational system. We should fight for better education from grades K-12 that teach our kids practical life skills, like how to win friends & influence people, how to build credit & manage your finances, how to stay healthy physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally.
The list goes on and on.
A lot of students who graduate high school or college sometimes find themselves completely lost, because there is no foundation to build off of when you enter the real world.
We should also fight for a Free education beyond High or at least a cheaper one. College & University students can graduate with thousands of dollars in debt and end up not even finding a job in their field to pay off the debt.
I don’t have all the answers as to what should be taught in schools but I do know that we can improve it, after all the point of the USA is to be the best right? That’s what I want for the people of this country, so we can all win and have better lives. Because it’s not the government, politicians, or celebrities that make this country great, it is the people and the people deserve a better educational system.
This money will be used for food and sleeping arrangements. If you can’t donate that’s fine, just join the journey!
