bifocal glasses and vet bill

As some of you may know, I was acutely ill two months ago, and as a result have not been able to work steady. Due to the duration of this illness and the loss of work, I am over my head in what were urgent necessities . If I cant see, I cant work and also my pet is in need of urgent care due to a  illness. With all these unexpected incidents I am currently suffering with my funds trying to provide important necessities for my son.  Appreciate any help that you can spare.
