Beverly's Care and Support Fund

At 34 years old, Beverly Gish was given the worst news she could imagine. It was stage IV Breast Cancer that had metastasized to the Lymph Nodes. Now, 20 years and 10 types of chemo later, she is still here fighting. During that time the cancer has metastasized to various locations in Beverly’s body. Each time she has faced the diagnosis with faith and belief that God would heal her. In January of 2017 she was hit with more terrible news. The cancer has now spread (very rapidly and suddenly) to her entire body. This means more chemo, scans, and tests.
Beverly now requires more care and attention than ever before. Her primary care givers are her mother, daughter, son-in-law, and one of her close friends. Her daughter’s FMLA from teaching will only cover 6 weeks of paid leave. Weekly (sometimes more) trips to Newnan to the Cancer Center have put a financial strain on her mother. Gas, car maintenance, food, and hotel stays can add up very quickly. Beverly will need countless more trips and hotel stays over the coming months as she gets her Chemo treatments and goes through routine scans and tests.
The goal is to take one extra strain off of Beverly and her care givers during this time and be able to focus on the treatment and beating this disease one more time.
Thank you and God Bless you all.
