Better life for a puppy mill dog

Hi there everyone. Just look at my face and you might fall head over heels for me. My mom rescued me from a puppy mill. I am a four year old Female American Boxer Terrier. When I was chosen for my forever home she was told I was fixed and had no heath problems. On July third I went to the vet for a wellness check and a rabies shot. Mom and I found out that I am loaded with worms and have a very serious pelvic area infection. So I am on medicine for that. I was never spayed and because of my age it will cost around $500. I need to be spayed because I could get tumors and cancer because I had so many litters. I love mom and mom loves me. Besides getting fixed I need to be checked for Lyme Disease, which is high in this are and if it's negative I need the preventive shot. I also need to be checked for heart worm, and prov. The vet feels these will come back negative but when they do I need the preventive medicine. Mom needs help paying for all this. we need to do all of this as soon as possible. 
   She is disabled and on a fix income. Mom wants me to be all better and be able to help her. She is training me to be her service dog.  Please help us. Any extra money received will be put into an account for my preventive heart worm medicine, flea and tick prevention and any other vet bill. We are looking into dog insurance but it will not help right now because they say this is a preexisting condition. Mom and I really need the help.
