Beth's Brigade

Recently, my mother was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. This came to a shock to our whole family. She has seen two different Oncologists who both agreed that the tumor is too close to an artery to do surgery currently. The current plan is to do six treatments of Chemotherapy in hopes to shrink the tumor so it can be safely removed. With my father on disability as well due to back problems and my mothers employer cancelling her health insurance less than a week before her first chemotherapy treatment, bills are starting to stack up. I've never had to ask for help like this, but there isn't anything I'm too proud to do to help my family. My parents are good people who don't deserve to be going through the stress of worrying about health insurance especially when you've worked for the same company for 16 years.
