BENN'S HEART FUND
I want to thank you all for your generous giving.
Ben has had all the teeth removed that the heart surgeon required.
May 5th he will be having more dental work done.
The surgeon's office called and set a date for surgery and the next day called and cancelled the surgery the surgery until Benn gets financing. We are waiting on his Medicaid to come through. Please pray this will come soon.
Every day Benn is up and going is truly a blessing from the Lord.
Again I thank you all for your generosity regarding his needs.

As most of you know reading this Benn is a great guy a wonderful son and the best big brother a girl could have.
Benn needs a valve replacement ASAP to live. Benn's heart is to weak and sick to have surgery. If surgery was done today he would die. However, if he does not have surgery he will die. They are going to reevaluate his heart in 3 weeks and hopefully his heart will be strong enough to operate. The Doctors are going to try to strengthen his heart with meds.... And I am not sure what else.
He also has pulmonary hypertension .
Benn must have a complete dental work up before Dr G will do the surgery. Dr G said one of the main reasons a heart valve replacment fails is poor dental hygeine and care. Benn has not gone to a dentist in a VERY long time. There is work in his mouth that has to be done.
We have reached out to all avenues available. Medicade is out as he does not quilify.. The list goes on and on. Please know we tried everything.
Benn does not have any insurance. His place of emplyment does not offer any. However, they will give him $15.00 5 days a week while he is out. (I am not sure how long that will last)
Time is of the essence he needs in and out of the dentist and ready for surgery in 3 weeks.
You will be giving Benn life... He is only 53 years old.
