Bennie Colbert

Hello, my name is Karen Conover, lifelong Fairbanksan.  I am setting up a GO Fundme Account for a wonderful friend Bennie Colbert, who is also a lifelong Fairbanksan.  Bennie has recently been diagnosed with an aggressive Prostate Cancer that is advancing quickly, he will be travelling to Houston after the New Year for surgery, depending on outcome he will then have radiation for 7 weeks in Fairbanks.  He will take numerous trips back to Houston for follow ups.   Bennie does have some medical insurance but the costs of his out of pocket expenses will be adding up very quickly. 

 As most of us know medical expenses and travel expenses can place a financial burden on any family.  I am reaching out to our community to help this “Always Smiling” guy through this challenging journey.
