With your donations we can give people a way forward, help them to understand their options and get support and know that they're not alone in this.
I plan on climbing the highest peak of the UK in order to raise awareness. Will be taking part with 4 others.
I personally have struggled in times with bottling my emotions and learned that does you no good at all and effects your day to day life.
