On June 20th, around 10:30 PM, Zhixia Wan, mother of Dora Huang and mother-in-law of Steve Huang, who was visiting Buffalo, NY from China was struck by a car and killed while walking near their home.
Steve and Dora are both University at Buffalo graduates and Citi Group employees are understandably shaken for their sudden loss.
