Maria Regina Napoli-Ackerson, age 54, the strongest, bravest, kindest soul in the world, lost her battle to cancer on Thursday, May 30.
In lieu of flowers, we are asking to please contribute to placing a Memorial Bench in memory of Maria out in Montauk.
Montauk was Maria's favorite place of all time. From the blissful beach to the shops, town, and beautiful views, Maria has many many memories out there.
The bench will be located at Camp Hero State Park, side-by-side the Memorial Bench for her cousin Joanne Ducato, for all family and friends to visit.
The position of the bench offers a panoramic view of the Montauk Light House and Atlantic Ocean. Peaceful. Calm. Serenity.
